On the border of Turkey and Iran, 19-year-old Afghan twin sisters Zahra and Fatima lose their family.
To survive in a hostile world of people smugglers and drug dealers, they face choices and dilemmas that severely test their symbiotic relationship and conscience.
Why we like it: Made from the materials of real experiences, inspired by the similar story of two brothers in the refugee hosting center in Moria where the director worked as a volunteer, the film goes hand in hand with tenderness and danger – both in double quantities when it comes to women.
