INTERACTIVE EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOP
‘What can I Expect in Adolescence?’

Regarding the short film “Coque” (Spain) and the educational videos by the organization “Ως Αιδώ”, participants explore the significant changes they will experience during adolescence—emotional, social, and physical. Just as it is essential for adults to openly discuss these changes, it is equally important to reassure our children that these changes are natural and help them find ways to cope without anxiety. Through this workshop, we convey the message to our children that they are not alone and that they can come to us if they have questions or need support.
